EUROUT is Europe’s leading LGBTQ+ conference for graduate students, MBAs, PhDs and alumni from top business schools. The brainchild of London Business School’s Out in Business (OiB) club, the event brings together over 400 delegates from 20 schools and more than 50 companies and aims to inspire diversity and inclusion in the professional world and beyond.
The conference is regarded as an invaluable opportunity for LGBTQ+ professionals to explore career and networking opportunities with thought leaders and top companies from around the world. This year’s programme, MAINTAINING MOMENTUM, will take place in London on 1-2 November. Conversations will centre on celebrating the achievements we as a community have won to date but also focus on the challenges that demand we keep pushing forward. We will focus on perspectives that may not always get the spotlight, highlighting intersectionality and belonging as well as stories from places that are fighting for equality in the business setting.
