Applying as a late applicant

by Alex Mesterton-Gibbons, Recruitment Manager, Early Careers

Can I still apply?

Absolutely! We are still inviting strong candidates to apply for the August 2018, Masters in Management and Masters in Financial Analysis programmes. Every year we take into consideration late applications, these are reviewed on a case by case basis and the process is as follows:

  1. Make sure you are eligible to apply for the MiM or MFA by emailing your CV to the recruitment team for review. Please tell us a little about yourself and why you would like to be considered for the programme.
  2. We will then review your profile and give you a call to discuss the next steps. We will either encourage you to apply now, or wait until the next intake. Please note that all late applicants must sit the GMAT or GRE and have completed the mandatory application documents. To see if you’re eligible for a GMAT waiver (for the MiM programme only), please see our requirements here.
  3. Upon submitting your completed application, the review process will take place within two weeks. A fast-track review process will be considered for applicants holding competing offers from other intuitions, please make us aware of this in your initial email.

Is it even worth it?

Yes! We understand that sometimes with final exams and work, taking the GMAT/GRE was something you put off until this summer; or perhaps that internship you were waiting to hear back from fell through. Pursuing a masters degree at the top business school in Europe is a great next step for your career. London Business School is competitive and there are limited places left in the programmes, however, we seek to build an outstanding and diverse class of exceptional students regardless of when you apply. If you feel you would be a strong candidate, we would love to hear from you!
