Connecting with our New York Alumni Community

*

At London Business School we value in-person events, and their return after Covid-19, because it gives us an opportunity to engage with members of the community and those interested in starting their LBS journey.

Christiana Riley, CEO of Deutsche Bank USA Corp and London Business School alumna (MBA 2005), recently hosted an event at the New York Deutsche Bank offices for the US release of Lynda Gratton, LBS Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour’s new book, Redesigning Work: How to Transform Your Organisation and Make Hybrid Work for Everyone.

The event was a fantastic opportunity for Lynda to share her research about the future of work and how organisations can transform to make hybrid working work for them and their employees. The event was followed by a Q&A section where LBS alumni and prospective students could ask Lynda and Christiana any questions to get some invaluable insight from industry experts.

Charlotte Smith, Senior Global Recruitment Manager, reflects on the event:

“It is fantastic to be back to welcoming people to our LBS community in-person again. Taking our first international alumni celebration to New York was special, as we have such an active and engaged alumni presence in the city. It was a pleasure to be hosted by Christiana Riley, CEO of Deutsche Bank USA Corp and London Business School alumna (MBA 2005) at the New York Deutsche Bank offices.

Community is everything at London Business School, and we know that lifelong connections are what makes LBS a transformational experience. Therefore, to be able to invite admits and prospective students along to the event was very important to us as we shine a light on inclusive culture at LBS.”
